Children’s Ministries

Leader: Heather Clodfelter

Preschool Services are every Sunday Morning and ages are 3 years old through Kindergarten. School Age Services are for ages 1st Grade through 5th Grade. The children love their classes and teachers and the teachers love them.

They enjoy many fun activities here and below are just a few.

Girl’s Ministry

Leader: Kristen Lanier

Girl’s Ministry is a program targeting girls ages 4-13 years old. The girls dig deep into God’s Word and work weekly to earn badges and form lasting friendships. Class is every Wednesday night at 7:00 pm. Please join us!

Nursery

Director: Janet Carter

Here at Lexington First Pentecostal Holiness Church we love people of all ages. Our nursery is a loving area that your little ones can grow and play. The nursery is provided for ages up to 2 years old. It is open during Sunday School, Sunday Morning Worship, Sunday Night Service and Wednesday Night Service. Nursery workers are provided only durning Sunday Morning Worship Service from 10:30 until the end of service.

Women’s Bible Study

Leader: Brenda Flowers

We are learning and growing as we study God’s word. We have an awesome group of women here that love the Lord. We have learned a lot during our Bible studies and through our fellowship have made many true friends.

Women’s Ministry

Leader: Kim Hester

Consisting of women in the church, we also are including our teen girls as well. As we meet once a month, we have a devotion and prayer and we plan for upcoming events and projects. Our main goal is to come together in love and unity with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ in all things we do.

Men’s Ministry

Leader: Chuck Adams

All men and boys are invited to be a part of Men’s Ministry. We strive to be an active ministry within the church, as well as in the local community. We have monthly meetings, church work days and various off campus projects. If there is a need, we want to do our best to take care of it. We also are strong supporters of our church’s Mission Building Team. Come join us and be a part of a great ministry!

Sunday School

Sunday School Coordinator: Evelyn Grooms

Welcome to our Sunday School! We meet each Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. and we offer a variety of classes to fit all age groups. These classes are led by dedicated teachers fulfilling their calling by teaching Bible truths, prayer time, and helping form close bonds of Christian fellowship. Join us on Sunday mornings and immerse yourself in God’s Word and loving Christian fellowship!

Youth

Leaders: Andrew Lanier, Tina Misugi, Leighann McBride, Justin Stowe

Our youth meet every Sunday Morning for Sunday school at 9:45 a.m. Sunday night service at 6:00. We meet in the youth building every Wednesday evening. Doors open at 6:00 pm. At 7:00 pm we come together in the church sanctuary to worship and jump into the word of God. We believe that it is important for everyone to learn the word of God that they may apply it to their daily lives so they can have a deeper relationship with the Lord. We want the youth to realize who they are through Jesus Christ that they may be a light to the world. Whether it be at home, in school, on a team, on the job, or wherever they may be. Our youth are the leaders of tomorrow. Youth events include group outings, game nights, movie nights, community outreach, etc.

Young at Heart

Leader: Teresa Pitman

Teresa does a wonderful job of engaging our seniors in activities to keep them active and involved in church events as well as social activities. We have a wonderful group of seniors that love the Lord and enjoy being together. They are a great blessing to our church and are dearly loved and appreciated.
